Job Responsibilities:

• The Assistant Manager (Operations & Maintenance) deals with all sports facilities and checks that all the equipment is running smoothly and accurately.
• Assistant Manager (Procurement) handles the purchasing of goods and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective buying of sports gear, uniforms, and facility supplies.
• Procurement Officer manages purchased orders, tracks deliveries, and maintains records.
• The Account Officer takes care of financial documentation and keeps accurate records of expenses.
• Maintenance Incharge deals with the physical upkeep of the complex, ensuring everything from lighting to sports surfaces is in top condition.
• Pool Operator takes care of water quality and checks the filtration process and the environment.
• Senior Swimming Coach (Female) Provide advanced and professional training for female swimmers and support junior coaches.
• Swimming Coach (Female) leads to teaching basic swimming skills and water safety.
• Tennis Coach conducts tennis training, arranges matches, and helps players improve their game. Senior Squash Coach to provide professional training plans and mentor players for competition.
• Basketball Coach, Badminton Coach, and Table Tennis Coach provide young players in their respective sports, build team spirit, and organize practice sessions separately and individually.
• The Snooker Coach teaches game techniques and is fully aware rules, and helps players improve focus and control. The Senior Gym Coach (Female) guides females in fitness routines, supervises other trainers, and promotes a healthy gym environment. Both Gym Coach (Male) and Gym Coach (Female) gym users with their workouts, ensure safety and encourage a healthy lifestyle.
• Lastly, Lifeguards (Male) and Lifeguards (Female) are responsible for making sure the pool area is safe. Keep an eye on swimmers, regulations, and be prepared to provide first aid or help when necessary.
