 Chief Technology Officer

Eligibility Criteria:

 At least, sixteen (16) years of education in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field from a foreign or local university, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

Experience:

• 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale IT operations.

Skills:

• Familiarity with big data technologies, cluster computing, architectural oversight, and operational governance.

Max. Age Limit: 50 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the implementation on the technology roadmap aligned with program-level priorities and operational constraints.
• Lead cross-functional planning across software, data, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
• Guide infrastructure strategy for on-prem deployments, backups, DR, and capacity planning, while overseeing IT operations aligning with the organization’s socio-economic data management needs.
• Oversee budgeting, cost management, and resource allocation for the IT/MIS Wing.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and government agencies to facilitate data integration.
• Spearhead platform security, vulnerability management, and compliance with regulatory standards through seamless coordination to implement InfoSec policies across application, network, and data layers.
• Lead risk assessments and ensure audit readiness.
• Oversee system architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
• Govern API strategy, data integration frameworks, and secure SDLC practices. Own platform-wide KPIs: uptime, deployment success, defect rates, and reconciliation accuracy.
